THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered this day of September, 2022, by and between Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation ("Client") and Brown and Caldwell, Inc., a California Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”) for Consultant to render professional consulting and engineering services for Client with respect to Bid 18-087 Wastewater Department Engineer of Record – Regulatory Assistance including General Engineering Services and related ancillary services, hereinafter referred to as the "Project." In consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter set forth, the parties agree as follows:
