, Owner(s) or legally appointed representative of the premises, (Landlord), and AT HOME REALTY SERVICES, LLC, (Broker), whereby the Landlord appoints the Broker, its agents, successors and assigns Exclusive Agent to rent, lease, operate, control and manage the property listed below. Landlord affirms that they are the exclusive owners of the premises and all co-owners shall sign this agreement. If the premises are owned by a husband and wife and one spouse dies during the term of this agreement, extensions or any renewals, Landlord directs Broker to remit proceeds to the surviving spouse. Any deviation from the above must be from the direction of a Certified Public Accountant.
