THIS INTRA-AGENCY AGREEMENT, entered this day of , 2016 by and between the County of Mono, a political subdivision of the State of California (herein called the “Grantee”) and the Mono County Children and Families Commission, an agency of the Grantee charged with planning, developing, and implementing programs on behalf of Grantee that support the early development of children up to five years of age within Mono County (see Mono County Code Chapter 7.90 and Cal. Health & Safety Code §§ 130100 et seq.) (herein after “First 5”).
