THIS Economic Incentive and Performance Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the Forney Economic Development Corporation, a Texas non-profit corporation (“FEDC”), and Victory at Forney, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Developer”), effective as of the date the authorized representative for the FEDC countersigns this Agreement (“Effective Date”).
