This Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between plaintiffs Luiz Sanchez, Enrique Quiazon, Marita Quiazon, and Jose Angel Cruz (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) and defendant Brink’s, Incorporated (“Defendant”). The Agreement refers to Plaintiffs and Defendant collectively as “Parties,” or individually as “Party.”
