This Software License Agreement (“License”) is made between Wabtec Railway Electronics, Inc. (“LICENSOR” or “WRE”) and the End User of the Licensed Software (as defined below), or any any product containing the Licensed Software. (“LICENSEE”). Each of LICENSOR and LICENSEE is also sometimes hereinafter referred to as Party and together, collectively, as the Parties.
