THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into at New Delhi on this 03rd day of August, 2006 (hereinafter Execution Date) between M/s Fortune Park Hotels Limited, a Company within the meaning of the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at 25, Community Centre, Basant Lok, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi-110057 (Hereinafter referred to as ‘FPHL’) of the One Part which expression shall mean and include its subsidiaries and holding companies.
