THIS CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT is entered into on between Fred Howarth (“Howarth”), doing business as TBG West (TBG), any affiliated entities, and successors-in-interest (all collectively referred to herein as “TBG”), and (“Employee”). For purposes of this agreement “Period of Service” means the period of time of the Employee’s employment with TBG.
