This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") contains the complete terms and conditions between, Load Company, Inc., and its subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors, successors and assigns (“Provider”) and you, regarding your application to and participation in, the Provider Affiliate Program (the “Affiliate Program”) as an Affiliate of Provider, and the establishment of links from your website to Provider’s Website. The terms of this Agreement are subject to change by Provider without prior notice, but we will try to notify you of such changes in advance.
