This Addendum dated this day of , 2011, shall be incorporated into, and made part of the BOMA Local Agreement (“Agreement”) entered into by and between the Building Owners and Managers International Incorporated, incorporated under the Nonprofit Corporation Act in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (“BOMI”) and (“Local”) (collectively the “Parties”).
