CHARLES PARISH acting herein by and through its President, who is duly authorized to act on behalf of said Parish, hereinafter called the OWNER, and CRESCENT ENGINEERING & MAPPING, LLC, a corporation and/or limited liability company acting herein by and through its Contracting Officer, hereinafter called CONSULTANT, duly authorized by corporate resolution or certificate of authority attached hereto and made a part hereof.
