This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Ricoh USA, Inc., 300 Eagleview Blvd., Suite 200, Exton, PA 19341 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) dated June 24, 2024, executed under City Ordinance No. 21611, and County Contract C-24-0356, dated May 14, 2024, for Print Goods and Services, MOU185, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
