NATIONAL PARTNERSHIP‌‌‌‌‌AGREEMENT ON LAND TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS An agreement between   the Commonwealth of Australia and the States and Territories, being:  New South Wales  Victoria  Queensland  Western Australia  South Australia  Tasmania  the Australian Capital Territory  the Northern Territory This Agreement will contribute to a national transport system that is safe, drives economic growth, accommodates Australia’s growing population and supports a competitive infrastructure market that promotes opportunities for local and Indigenous participation.
