This agreement becomes valid when signed by the Rector of the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina” and the President of the University of Justus Liebig University. The agreement is entered for a period of 5 years. After this period, an evaluation of the achieved results has to take place. A renewal / extension of the agreement depends on the outcome of this evaluation and has to be agreed upon by both sides.
