THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED SUBLEASE, made effective on the date described below, is by and between the Greater Rome Chamber of Commerce, Inc., a Georgia non-profit corporation, hereinafter referred to as the “Chamber,” and the Downtown Development Authority of the City of Rome, Georgia, a body corporate and politic created under the Downtown Development Authorities Law, O.C.G.A. §§ 36- 42-1, et seq., hereinafter referred to as the “DDA.”
