SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENTSubscription Agreement • October 6th, 2016
The undersigned (the "Subscriber") hereby acknowledges that the Partnership is offering (the "Offering") a minimum of 10,000 Limited Partnership Units and a maximum of 600,000 Limited Partnership Units (together, the "Units") at a subscription price of twenty-five dollars ($25) per Unit. The minimum subscription per Subscriber is two hundred (200) Units, for a minimum subscription price per Subscriber of five thousand dollars ($5,000), on the terms and conditions as described in the Confidential Offering Memorandum of the Partnership dated September 29, 2016, as it may be amended and/or amended and restated from time to time (the "Offering Memorandum") and the Limited Partnership Agreement dated as of September 14, 2016, as it may be amended from time to time (the "Partnership Agreement"), and on the terms and conditions set forth in this Subscription Agreement.
