As an accredited provider of continuing medical education (CME) activities, the (Name of Accredited Provider) may, from time to time, jointly provides CME Activities with non-accredited organizations. In such cases, (Name of Accreditor Provider) will enter into a written agreement with appropriate representatives from the organizations involved. The "Joint Providership Agreement" will clearly define the parameters of the cooperative relationship by delineating the roles and responsibilities of each party.
