The Parties have participated in SELEAC-project and they have decided to continue their collaboration by creating a self-sustaining community that shares and developes eLearning content (hereinafter SELEAC Forum). The aim of the SELEAC Forum is to promote eLearning in the field of graphic and media technology, to create and develop teaching and learning content in these fields, to develop systems and processes for storing, accessing and delivering the content, and to assess and improve the quality of content and the learning achievement.
