Introduction –This contract includes project development, from project inception through letting for pavement rehabilitation and Pedestrian Access improvements in the city of Glencoe and Olivia. The purpose of this contract is to provide the State with project development, detailed design services, and deliverables needed to bring all Pavement Rehabilitation and Pedestrian Access activities on State Projects (SP) 4307-47 & 6508-69 to letting on schedule. The current, proposed letting date for Glencoe & Olivia is January 28, 2022.
