YAplus d/b/a Yoga Alliance (“Yoga Alliance” or the “Association”) conducts many workshops, conferences, and other meetings and events, both in-person and online, at which educational presentations are made to attendees. The Association requires all presenters to provide a release and license to the Association. This release and license agreement (“Agreement”) by the presenter identified below (the “Presenter”) is for the presentation described in the Presenter Application (attached hereto), including any and all related comments, handouts, illustrations, references, or other related materials (the “Presentation”).
