The computer setup and repair service provided by Campus Living & Learning Residential Technology Services is free of charge, done on a first-come, first-served basis, and is only available to current on-campus residents. There may be circumstances under which Residential Technology Services may not be able to, or may choose not to, repair computing equipment. Residential Technology Services reserves the right to refuse installation of hardware and/or software if staff believe that such installation may cause damage or create problems once installed.
