Claroty End User License Agreement Last revised 8/11/2023 This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between the Claroty Ltd, or its affiliated entity, (“Claroty”) and the person, company, or other legal entity identified in an applicable Order (“User”).Claroty and User shall each be referred to as a “Party” and together, the “Parties”. 1. License Grant and Restrictions. 1.1 The Products. The commercial software products (the “Software”) and any associated hardware devices (“Appliances”) licensed to User hereunder are set forth in any purchase order, order form, or other ordering instrument entered into by Claroty or an authorized reseller of Claroty (a “Reseller”) and User (each an "Order").
