This document sets forth the Department of the Defense (DoD) Software License Requirements (the “DoD Requirements”). Licensor’s Software License Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a material part hereof by this reference. These Requirements, including the Software License Agreement attached as Exhibit A (the “EULA”); and the Sonatype Software Support Policy 2.0 attached as Exhibit B (the “Support Plan”), constitutes the Agreement (the “Agreement”) pursuant to which Sonatype, Inc. (“Licensor”) agrees to license its software‐related products and offerings (the “Products”) to the DoD via Carahsoft Technology Corp.’s (“Reseller”) DoD ESI Blanket Purchase Agreement (the “BPA”) with regard to the use by the DoD of such Products. These DoD Requirements, supplement, to the extent a conflict exists, supersede, and take precedence over the terms and conditions of Exhibit A and Exhibit B. For clarification in this Agreement, Publisher and Licensor are synonymous.
