Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein have the meanings ascribed to them in the SecurSpace Platform Terms of Use www.secur.space (“Platform”). This “Reservation Agreement” is entered into as of the date specified in the Supplier’s Confirmed Reservation (the “Effective Date”) and is made by and between the “SUPPLIER” listed in the Supplier Profile on the Platform and the Buyer listed in the Buyer’s Reservation Request (“BUYER”). By BUYER clicking the “Purchase” (or similar) button on the Platform and SELLER clicking the “Accept” (or similar) button on the Platform in response to a Reservation Request from BUYER, SUPPLIER and BUYER evidence their agreement with SUPPLIER’s Confirmed Reservation and this Reservation Agreement.
