This first amendment to the agreement between Santa Rosa County, a political subdivision of the state of Florida (the “County”), and THE MIRACLE LEAGUE OF SANTA ROSA COUNTY (herein referred to as “MLSRC”), a Florida non-profit corporation, executed this day of , 2023, is made a part of the original agreement dated March 28, 2019 (the “Original Agreement”), incorporated herein by reference.
