This PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 1st day of January, 2017 (“Effective Date”), by and between the TOWN OF LYONS, COLORADO, a municipal corporation of the State of Colorado, with offices at 432 5th Avenue, Lyons, Colorado 80540 (the “Town”), and CHARLES ABBOTT ASSOCIATES, INC., a California corporation authorized to do business in the State of Colorado with a principal office address of 2740 Los Altos, Suite 220, Mission Viejo, California 92691 (the "Consultant"). The Town and the Consultant may be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as “Party.”
