These Software as a Service License Terms and Conditions (“SaaS Terms”) are entered into by and between Copperleaf Technologies Inc. (“Copperleaf”) and the Buyer on the Call-off Contract Effective Date. These SaaS Terms govern the Buyer’s access to and use of the Software, collectively with the Cloud Environment (“SaaS Software”) and related support and maintenance and cloud services for the SaaS Software (“SaaS Services”).
