For non‐academic non‐profit organizations, Authorized Users are authenticated, authorized current members of the staff (whether on a permanent, temporary or contract basis), guest scientists and members of another organization with which with the Max‐Planck Society is working together in a common scientific project, and independent contractors who are permitted to access the Institutional Subscriber's network from within its premises or from such other places where Authorized Users undertake their work. Walk‐in users are considered Authorized Users only for the time they are physically present on the premises of a site.
