(“ZEISS”) and the named purchaser on the Quote (“Buyer”, “You”, “Your”) for Buyer’s purchase of the consumable products, goods and related accessories (e.g., injectors, cartridges, lens fragmentation devices, etc.) described on the Quote (“Product(s)”).
