This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into, by and between the County of Orange (County), acting as the Eligible Applicant for the County of Orange and the Orange County Continuum of Care (CoC); the City of Anaheim; the City of Irvine; and the City of Santa Ana. The Orange County Continuum of Care, County of Orange, City of Anaheim, City of Irvine, and City of Santa Ana may be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
