You have entered into an agreement (the “Original Agreement”) with SOFTWAREKEEP Group. or any of its affiliated companies (collectively, “SOFTWAREKEEP”), pursuant to which you have purchased or licensed a SOFTWAREKEEP device (“DEVICE”) that includes software licensed by SOFTWAREKEEP from an affiliate of Microsoft Corporation (“MS”). Pursuant to the Original Agreement, the terms and conditions of this END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“EULA”) are binding on you and your usage of the SOFTWAREKEEP device with the MS software. The following terms and conditions of this EULA are made a part of the Original Agreement:
