This INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR SERVICES AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made and entered into effective as of December 11, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the Sequoia Union High School District ("District"), a union high school district formed and existing under the laws of the State of California and Kids Konnect Infant Care and Preschool, a legally existing corporation ("Contractor").
