This SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Crypto Asset Rating, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and (the “Subscriber”) as of this in connection with a private offering by the Company (the “Offering”) to raise a maximum of $5,000,000 through the sale to subscribers of Tokens (each, a “Token” and, collectively the “Tokens”) of the Company, at $5.00 USD per Token, pursuant to the pricing terms in the Company’s Offering Documents (defined below). All figures given herein are in United States Dollars.
