This Third Amendment to Chapter 380 Development Program and Economic Development Agreement between the City of Haltom City, the Haltom City Economic Development Corporation, Haltom Hospitality, LLC, and Karmali Holdings, Inc. for Development of a Hotel and Restaurant (“3rd Amendment”) is made and entered into as of November , 2018 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Haltom City, a Texas municipal corporation located in Tarrant County, Texas (the “City”), the Haltom City Economic Development Corporation, a nonprofit corporation organized as a Type B corporation under Chapters 501 and 505 of the Texas Local Government Code (the “HCEDC”), Karmali Holdings, Inc., a Texas corporation (“Karmali Holdings”), and Haltom Hospitality, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (the “Developer”), for the purposes and considerations stated below. The City, the HCEDC, Karmali Holdings, and Developer may sometimes hereafter be collectively referred to as the “parties.”
