THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the Summit County Land Reutilization Corporation (“SCLRC”) and (“Subrecipient”), hereinafter collectively, the “Parties,” to undertake remediation of brownfield projects (“Projects”) as defined herein pursuant to the Brownfield Remediation Program (“Program”) as approved by the Ohio Department of Development (“ODOD”), and is effective as of the date when this Agreement becomes fully executed by all Parties hereto.
