This Settlement Agreement is entered into by Plaintiffs James Boswell, Michelle Salazar- Navarro, and June Keen (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) and Defendants Costco Wholesale Corporation (“Costco”) and LODC Group, Ltd. (“LODC”) d/b/a Lily of the Desert (collectively, “Defendants”).‌‌‌‌‌
