This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”), dated as of , 2024 ("Execution Date”), is entered into by and between the City and County of San Francisco ("City"), acting by and through San Francisco Public Works (“Public Works”) and the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City and County of San Francisco, hereafter referred to as the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure ("Successor Agency" or "OCII" and together with Public Works, the "Parties").
