This Concession Agreement, hereinafter called the "Agreement," is made and entered into as of June 16, 2014 by and between THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called "City," and, Wilcox Inc., hereinafter called "Concessionaire."
