This Adra Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is for use of Trintech’s Adra Service by and between the Trintech entity described in Section 10.2, Table 1 of this Agreement, (collectively “Trintech”) and the corporation, LLC, partnership, sole proprietorship, or other business entity executing an Order referencing and incorporating this Agreement (“Subscriber”). This Agreement is effective as of the date Subscriber executes an Order for Services (the “Effective Date”). Trintech and Subscriber may herein be referred to as a “Party” individually, or collectively as the “Parties”.
