WHEREAS the Oregon Department of Transportation and the Josephine County, acting by and through its elected officials, entered into a Jurisdictional Transfer agreement 825 on April 8, 2019 where the Parties agreed that upon completion of the improvements mentioned in the Jurisdictional Transfer agreement 825, the jurisdiction over Unit A of Rogue River Loop Highway, State Highway 260 (OR 260) from MP 1.31 to MP 12.79 would be transferred from the Department of Transportation to Josephine County.
