This Chapter 381 Economic Development Incentive Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS, a political subdivision of the State of (hereinafter referred to as “County”), and NUTRABOLT, INC., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Company"). The County and Company may also be referred to collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
