This employment agreement is made and entered into in accordance with Chapter 216 of the Acts of 2001, the Charter of the Town of Amherst (“Charter”) and Chapter 41, Section 108N of the Massachusetts General Laws this day of August, 2015, by and between the Town of Amherst, Massachusetts, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called the “Town” acting by and through its Select Board (“Board”) and John P. Musante, hereinafter called the “Town Manager”.
