This Agreement is made between the CITY OF MIAMI, Florida (hereafter “City”), and the State of Florida, Department of State, STATE HISTORIC PRESERVATION OFFICE, (hereafter “SHPO”), for the purpose of establishing programmatic approaches for complying with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (16 USC 470f), as amended, and as allowed under regulations at 36 CFR 800.13, with respect to individual Undertakings implemented within the City.
