This Innovation and Effectiveness Grant Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Santa Clarita Community College District (“SCCCD”), a California community college district and political subdivision of the State of California, and SMCCD (“Applicant District”). SCCCD and Applicant District are also referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as “Party.”
