THIS CONTRACT EXTENSION AGREEMENT, effective on the date of approval by the Office of General Services, is made by and between the People of the State of New York, acting by and through the Office of General Services, located at the 38th Floor, Corning Tower, Empire State Plaza, Albany, NY 12242 (“OGS”), and Gartner, Inc., (hereinafter "Contractor"), with an office at 56 Top Gallant Road, Stamford, CT 06904, collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
