Where the customer (the beneficiary) requests to obtain personal finance at the bank (the financer), and the bank agrees to the customer request. Therefore, both parties agreed with full legal capacity willingly and voluntarily to sign this agreement. It is subject to terms of related laws, regulations, and instructions such as Anti-Money Laundering law and its implementing regulation, and the law of Combating Terrorist Crimes and its Financing and its implementing regulation as well as the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) instructions such as Account Opening Rules. In case of any conflict between the terms of the agreement and the terms of laws and instructions. then the provisions of laws and instructions will prevail.
