In exercise of the rights and power conferred upon the Assignee / Bank under the Facilities Agreement, Deed of Assignment and Power of Attorney all dated 28th October 2009, entered between the Assignee/Bank and said Assignor/Borrower, and in respect of the Sale and Purchas e Agreement between the Assignor/Borrower and Majlis Bandaraya Shah Alam ("the Vendor") dated 31st January 2008, it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee / Bank with the assistance of the undermentioned Auctioneer.
