This CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the City of Dalton, Georgia (acting by and through the Board of Water, Light & Sinking Fund Commissioners), Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC, Entergy Services, Inc. (as agent for Entergy Arkansas, Inc., Entergy Gulf States Louisiana, L.L.C., Entergy Louisiana, LLC, Entergy Mississippi, Inc., Entergy New Orleans, Inc., and Entergy Texas, Inc.), E.ON U.S. LLC, Georgia Transmission Corporation, Municipal Electric Authority of Georgia, PowerSouth Energy Cooperative, Progress Energy Carolinas, Inc., South Carolina Electric and Gas Company, South Carolina Public Service Authority, South Mississippi Electric Power Association, Southern Company Services, Inc. (as agent for Alabama Power Company, Georgia Power Company, Gulf Power Company and Mississippi Power Company), and the Tennessee Valley Authority (collectively, the “SIRPP Sponsors”) and (“Requestor”).
