This Amendment no. 2 (hereinafter the “Amendment no. 2”) to the .POST Sponsored TLD Agreement dated 11 December 2009 (hereinafter the “Agreement”) and further amended on 13 October 2012 (hereinafter the “Amendment no. 1”) is entered into by and between the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (hereinafter “ICANN”) and the Universal Postal Union, a specialized agency of the United Nations having its headquarters at Weltpoststrasse 4, 3000 Bern 15, Switzerland (hereinafter “UPU” or “Sponsor”). ICANN and UPU may also be referred to individually as “Party”, or collectively as “Parties.”
