Diablo Unified School District (hereinafter “District”), a California public school district duly organized and existing under Chapter 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Education Code of the State of California, and the City of Walnut Creek (hereinafter “City”), a municipal corporation (individually a “Party” and collectively “the Parties”).
